Refund Policy

At Miàntiáo Bar, we strive to provide exceptional service and quality. Because we are a dine-in establishment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed orders, including dine-in, takeout, or delivery.

If you experience an issue with your order—such as incorrect items, food quality concerns, or missing items—please contact us directly within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation with a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
